Air Compressor Lubricants

NYCO 3000 series lubricants for both piston and screw type compressors. In piston compressors, the superior thermal stability of NYCOLUBE lubricants permits higher operating temperatures while reducing carbon deposits on the exhaust valves. In screw and vane compressors, longer fluid service life results in reduced maintenance.

Refrigeration Compressor Lubricants

NYCOLUBE 7000 series synthetic lubricants, available in eight viscosity grades, have been developed specifically for refrigeration compressors using hydrofluorocarbon as a cooling fluid. Their excellent thermal and hydrolytic stability, their good lubricity and miscibility at low temperatures with HFC ensure superior performance levels and energy efficiency

Synthetic Chain Lubricants

NYCOLUBE 5000 series biodegradable lubricants are formulated with special additives to provide rust, corrosion and anti-wear protection. Excellent lubricity reduces friction and energy losses, allows for clean, smooth operation. Low pour point of these lubricants ensures good operation at low temperatures, while their high flash point prevents risk of fire. Lubricants are available in viscosities for a wide range of applications. NYCOLUBE 5000 series chain lubricants contain extremely stable, high performance components to enhance their properties, especially their resistance to oxidation, making them suitable for use at temperatures up to, and exceeding, 250°C. Although designed for chains, they are also suitable for plain and roller bearing high temperature applications.
